业主是一个非常具有传统理念思想的人，喜爱木头元素与金属的质感

也对现代简约充满兴趣

原本的房屋结构十分不合理，尤其是地下室空间，功能布局层高存在很严重的问题

经过后期的设计，根据设计最初的理念，房屋被拆除重建，不断融入一些新的材料

与高品质的产品，让这套“问题重重”的房子重新焕发光彩

The owner is a very traditional-minded person 

who likes the texture of wood elements and metal.

Also interested in modern simplicity.

The original structure of the house was very unreasonable, 

especially in the basement space. There were serious problems with the

functional layout and floor height.

After the later design, according to the original design concept, 

the house was demolished and rebuilt, and some new materials 

and high-quality products were continuously incorporated to

make this "problem-ridden" house shine again.
